Rock Jam Spice is a stunning hot, chilli jam made to an authentic Jamaican recipe. Ingredients are sourced locally and I can wholeheartedly recommend Rock Jam Spice. My household has eaten a vast amount of it as it tastes so good. It’s extremely versatile as can be used as a marinade for meat and fish, pouring sauce on nearly any food and our favorite is on homepage pizzas.
Rock Jam Spice was created by Ben Arthur. Ben trained at Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen restaurant and was a participant on the ‘Fifteen’ television series.
